  • No Returns Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for any products.
  • Exchange Policy:
    • Exchanges will only be processed if the product is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
    • Exchanges are chargeable at ₹100 per request. However, if we’ve sent you the wrong product, no fees will be charged.
    • Products that show signs of use will not be eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
    • Exchange available within 3 days of receiving the item/s.
  • Reverse Pickup:
    • If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to courier the product to us.
    • Please provide the courier receipt for a refund of your shipping cost.
  • Damaged/Missing Products or Delivery Issues:
    • If you receive a damaged product, a product is missing, or you’ve received an order delivery notification but haven’t received the package, please contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
    • Failing to report within this time frame may impact our ability to resolve the issue.
